Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://tonyssuspension.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Tony's Suspension reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Tire Repair, Tire Installation, Wheel Balancing, Brake Repair, Suspension Repair, Custom Suspensions, Oil Change provided by Tony's Suspension. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Tony's Suspension (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Tony's Suspension does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Tony's Suspension arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Tony's Suspension from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Tony's Suspension may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
